After the popularity of the first plan, and many requests from people asking for more workouts and guidance, me and my team (which includes top level PTs), have created Built For Go.
As a Built For Go member, every month you’ll get brand new workouts, audio workouts and real-time pad work sessions with me, plus new healthy recipes and challenges.
You’ll need some basic equipment for the workouts, such as dumbbells, a barbell and kettlebell, and for the boxing workouts it’s just me and you working on your speed, technique and power.
I’m not saying that it’s going make you a world champion, but it is going to give you some good insight into how to box and train and it is going to help you get a lot fitter, stronger and in better shape.
Getting results and keeping them is all about consistency and that’s exactly what being a Built For Go member is all about.
